Life Link UK is a mental health and crisis support organisation created to provide a safe space for people who need someone to talk to. We offer emotional support, guidance, crisis support and signposting for individuals experiencing difficult moments in life.
Anyone.
You do not need a diagnosis, referral or to be at crisis point to reach out to us. Whether you are struggling with your mental health, feeling overwhelmed, lonely, anxious, experiencing suicidal thoughts, dealing with illness, supporting someone else or simply need someone to listen — we are here.
No.
Life Link UK is here before, during and after crisis. You can reach out if you are having a difficult day, need emotional support, feel lost, or just need a safe conversation with someone who cares.
Your feelings matter at every stage.
You will be met with kindness, respect and understanding.
Our team will listen without judgement, allow you to talk openly and help you explore what support may be helpful for you. We focus on connection, reassurance and helping you find a way forward.
Yes. Your privacy and trust are extremely important to us.
What you share will be treated with respect and confidentiality. The only time we may need to act further is if we believe there is an immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else.
Your safety will always be our priority.

Life Link UK provides crisis support and crisis negotiation for individuals experiencing extreme distress. Our approach is based on calm communication, listening, trust and helping someone find hope and safety during difficult moments.
Crisis negotiation is about creating a connection with someone during their most difficult moments.
It focuses on listening, understanding, reducing distress and helping someone feel heard and supported while exploring safe steps forward.
Sometimes one conversation can be the beginning of hope.

Life Link UK provides emotional support, listening, guidance and signposting, but we do not replace emergency medical care, therapy or crisis emergency services.
If someone is in immediate danger, emergency support should always be contacted on 999 or NHS 111 option 2.
